Managing Agencies

Agencies are organizations that have more than one Account in Spectate. Agency Administrators are users that can see and switch between the Accounts of the Agency.

Adding or Removing Agency Administrators

Only Agency Administrators can add additional Agency Administrators to their agency.

  1. Navigate to the Administration > Accounts
  2. Edit the Account containing the user who you wish to promote to an Agency Administrator or a user who you wish to remove as an Agency Administrator
  3. In the "Agency Users" section of the Account edit screen, use the +/- buttons to add/remove users to the Agency Administrators
