Reply to Social Conversations

Spectate allows you to view social conversations, such as tweets for each Twitter and Facebook Connector that you’ve set up, and to re-tweet and respond to them within the application.

  • To view the social conversations, click on the Marketing tab on the left, and then go to Analyze -> Conversations. You will see a list of conversations in the “Conversations” table.

  • Click on the name of the medium of the conversation that you would like to analyze. This will take you to the Messages screen.

  • To view the conversation, click on “View” in the Actions tab.

  • To reply to the conversation, click “Reply”, which will display the “Create Reply” section. Enter your message, and click “Reply”. To retweet, click the “Retweet” link .
