Reply to Social Conversations
Spectate allows you to view social conversations, such as tweets for each Twitter and Facebook Connector that you’ve set up, and to re-tweet and respond to them within the application.
To view the social conversations, click on the Marketing tab on the left, and then go to Analyze -> Conversations. You will see a list of conversations in the “Conversations” table.
Click on the name of the medium of the conversation that you would like to analyze. This will take you to the Messages screen.
To view the conversation, click on “View” in the Actions tab.
To reply to the conversation, click “Reply”, which will display the “Create Reply” section. Enter your message, and click “Reply”. To retweet, click the “Retweet” link .
