Adding a Blog to Analyze

Blogs allows users to connect with their WordPress account. Blog analysis includes keyword counts and SEO scores for blog posts. All tracked and analyzed blogs must be setup through the connectors area in the Administration area.

To view the Blogs Analysis area -
1. Select Analyze
2. Select Blogs
3. You should now see a summary callout of all your blog Pages and Posts, Page Views, Average Number of Page Views, and Average Number of Keywords. Additionally, there are three tables included, Blogs, which contains all of the blogs set up in the connectors area, Blog Posts, which contains all information from your WordPress blog, and Blog Pages, which contains all information from your WordPress pages.

Posts are reverse chronologically listed blog posts/news posts. Pages are static content on your site. The Blog Posts and Blog Pages tables both display -
1. The Title
2. The Post or Page Views
3. The Keyword usage
4. The average SEO Score

To View Blog Information -
1. Select the Blog from the table by Name
2. Each Blog includes tables of information:

  • Blog Information and the Connector Associated with the Blog
  • Blog Stats - total number of Posts, Pages, and the average SEO Score per Post or Page
  • Blog Posts and Blog Pages - the Title, the Page Views, the Keyword Usage, and SEO Score for each post and page

To View Unique Blog Post or Page Information -
1. Select the Blog Post or Blog Page from any table featuring Blog Posts and Pages by Name
2. Each Blog Post and Page includes tables of information:

  • Blog Post or Page Information - SEO information including the Title, Actual URL, WordPress Keywords, Description, and a brief snippet of the Body. Additionally, the SEO Score displays and the details on calculating the score
  • Keyword Densities - displays a listing of all Keywords used and their relaitve Density in the Blog Post and Page

To Add (or Create) a Blog -
1. Blogs are added automatically based on the WordPress Connector. The Connects are located within the Administration are under Connectors
2. Add a WordPress Connector and the Blog will begin to display
