How to Add a New User

Adding a new user to your account allows for others to have access or to receive alerts from Spectate.

Spectate provides the following roles for users:

  • Sales - users with this role are limited to the Dashboard reports
  • Manager - users with this role can access all areas of the system except for the Administration area. This include the Dashboard, Reports, Analyze, Track, and Manage sections
  • Administrator - users with this role can access all areas of the system including the Administration section which allows them to manage users, groups, custom fields and connectors.
