Unsubscribed/Subscribed Leads

We currently do not offer a way to view leads who have unsubscribed from email communication. The only way to see which leads have unsubscribed is to edit each lead individually and see if a checkbox is checked. Maybe in the Track >> Leads area, the summary table at the top can include a "Subscribed Leads" number that shows you the overall number of leads who are currently subscribed to your emails (let's be positive). On the table of leads below that, maybe we can add some additional lead filtering - subscribed, unsubscribed, active user (user within the system, lead is assigned to).

Did anything ever come of this? I really need to be able to separate out all the unsubscribe names if I am going to use Spectate for outbound campaigns.

Becky, Spectate will not sent emails to Leads that have unsubscribed from your communications. Just to clarify, are you looking to see a list of those unsubscribed Leads within Spectate? Or are you just wanting to ensure that they're not sent emails after they unsubscribe? Thanks!

I would like to see who has unsubscribed - to have a list of those who don't want to receive communications from us. If, for example, someone has unsubscribed from emails, then I also don't want to send them a piece or direct mail, or cold call them.

If this information is held in Spectate then it shouldn't be too difficult to set it up so I can view or export those who have unsubscribed, surely?

    Thanks!

    Hi Becky,

Sorry the delayed response here, we were actually finishing a few things up
with this. We've added a few things that will allow you to see who has
unsubscribed. If you visit a Campaign, (
https://my.spectate.com/marketing/campaigns/967) there is now a table that
shows "Leads opted out of this campaign". If you see the Lead "Neil
Douglas" within this Campaign, you can see that he has opted out. If you
click on Neil Douglas to see his Lead Profile screen, you can see the
Campaigns he has opted out of within his Lead Information tab. In addition
to checking the unsubscribe boxes for those specific campaigns, he also
checked the box to be completely removed from all email communication.
When someone checks the box to be completely removed from all email
communication, the Do Not Email field near the bottom of the Lead
    Information tab, will read "Yes".

Please let us know how else you think we could present the unsubscribe info
    that might be beneficial. Thanks!

Additionally, Syl fixed the syncing of your SalesForce Leads. One thing
that you'll want to explore at some point though, is why your SalesForce
campaigns aren't syncing with Spectate. You may want to touch base with
SalesForce about this. It may be due to that particular user that you
connected to SF via not having access to Campaigns, or perhaps you haven't
created any Campaigns within SF yet. Regardless, your Leads will still
sync bidirectionally and you'll still benefit from the connector regardless
of the fact that Campaigns aren't syncing, but the eventual benefit would
be to be able to decide which SalesForce Campaigns you want to sync with
Spectate. There may be Leads and Contacts within SalesForce that you know
it doesn't make sense to sync to Spectate because you're not going to send
emails to them, and you can put them in a certain Campaign and tell the
system that you don't want to sync them.

Please feel free to call me if you want to clarify this a bit more, it can
get a little convoluted over email. Thanks Becky!

Thanks Eric for all this. I will take some time to digest in the morning!
