Custom Link short URL
Our office creates the vanity URL's used on print materials for our entire campus. We use server redirects to create the vanity URL's.
Is there a way to replace the "my.spectate.com" domain or the Short URL with our institution's domain (e.g. http://www.union.edu/apply)? If this were possible, we could get greater buy-in for Spectate, from our content contributors, as they could use the Custom Link feature to create vanity URLs themselves all while reaping the benefits of Spectate's campaign tracking tools in the process.

Hi Erik,
Yes you can use a domain other than
my.spectate.com
, though it can't be www.union.edu since it must still reference our servers. We commonly use www2.*, www3.*, etcTo set up the custom domain please refer to the steps in this knowledge base page: What is a custom domain and how do I use it?
Let me know if you have any trouble.
Thanks,
Dan
