It would be useful to include a more customizable approach to our account setups. Currently we have three options (administrator - see everything, manager - see almost everything, sales - see almost nothing) - it would be useful to tailor these. So while sales doesn't have access to much else besides reports, they can still access areas where they can export tables - such as form results.

We may consider more customizable roles down the road. For now, which abilities would you like the Manager and Sales roles to have that they do not or vice versa?

During a training, a client wanted her sales guys to be able to see form results but not be able to actually edit or change anything regarding a form. Sales can't see the results (or anything in forms), I believe, and a Manager has the ability to edit a form.

Thanks. That's a good example. I think read access to most of the modules in the Manage area would make sense for Sales role.
