Roles - add descriptions to KB

I don't see anywhere in spectate what the user roles are and the capabilities, other than this PDF linked in a KB article.

It should be available as help text in the new user setup page, or at the very least, listed in a standalone KB article. When I search for roles, nothing comes up. Probably due to the content I need being only available in the PDF.

What do you think?

Thanks for the suggestion, Darren. I agree that we should have some more
specifics about what the roles can do.

In general, you can think of it this way:

    - Sales role can only see the Dashboard
    - Manager role can see everything except Administration (Dashboard,
    Analyze, Manage, Track, Reports)
    - Administrator can do everything

    Thanks, good info!

BTW, if you add a KB article, or even update one that is already there, that would take care of this request.

Good idea. I've updated that article to include information about the roles' abilities.
