IP Filter: Show IP Filter in the creation process

Just signed up with Hello Bar and you can exclude IPs from Click-counts, similarly to how we do in Spectate.

Their exclusion process though SHOWS you your IP address and all you have to do is click add! It was super easy and gets around the extra step for folks of having to figure out their IP address, etc. (I know that may be dynamic and all, but still).

Just wanted to share.

    It is in a <strong> tag, but we must have some styling overriding the bold style for that.
