Loading wheel should show on the main Sites, Blogs, and Competitions pages.

Right now, the loading wheel shows on individual Sites, Blogs, and Competitions pages (ex: https://my.spectate.com/marketing/sites) after you create one of those objects. However, it would be nice to know when something is loading from within each of those pages from the main Sites/Blogs/Competitions screens. One of the main reasons is that when you're looking at the main page (say Competitions, for instance: https://my.spectate.com/marketing/competitions), you see the data table of the Competitions you've created and the Competitors data table below it, but there's no indication of whether that data is fully loaded from that screen.

It'd also be nice have the loading wheel state the same message for Blogs and Competitions as it currently does when we load Sites: "This might take a while. Feel free to leave this area of the application while waiting on the check to complete."
